Fiona provides exactly what HouseWeb needs - an extra pair of hands, both for regular hours and for additional cover for holidays/sickness etc. She can step in at short notice, and we only pay for the hours she works. 

Fiona covers many different tasks, including copy writing, competitor research, customer service and general office admin. In short, she is invaluable to our business, helping us flex up and down to the needs of the business.
