Wouldn’t we all like a few more hours in the day? And who hasn’t wished time could stand still? Now it is possible due to two local women who are looking to become the latest ‘mumpreneurs’, and starting their own business, offering freelance marketing and administrative support to local businesses – allowing them the ability to buy more time.
Fiona Tomkins and Nicola Ferguson first met while working in Marketing for a drinks retailer. They each have over 12 years’ experience of all aspects of Marketing, working for retailers, consumer goods manufacturers and online businesses. Both Fiona and Nicola have taken time out to concentrate on their children, but are now looking to combine family with their careers.
Flexible staffing allows small businesses to run more efficiently, as staffing costs are often the biggest chunk of the overall cost of running a business. Flexystaff can provide an extra pair of hands, without the hassle and expense of recruiting a permanent employee.
